GraphPad Prism-based calculation of LD50 doses in GCT cell lines treated with PaRi based on XTT data (Supplementary Fig. S3). As controls, fibroblasts (VHF2, MPAF), the Sertoli cell line FS1, the monocyte cell line THP-1, the keratinocyte cell line HaCat and the kidney cell line HEK293 were included. Additionally, the breast cancer cell line MCF7 was included.
