a Immunocytochemical (ICC) images of Hep3B cells transfected with plasmid expressing L1 ORF1p wild-type (WT) or S18AS27A mutant form and costained for PIN1 and L1 ORF1p. Anti-PIN1 antibody was directly conjugated with AF-594 and L1 ORF1p was visualised using anti-L1 ORF1p with an anti-mouse-AF488 secondary antibody. DAPI was used to counterstain nuclei.
