U251 (a), PC128 (b) and PC40 (c) cells were treated for 24 h as indicated. Afterwards, the cells were enzymatically detached and seeded on 96-well plates followed by sequential microscopic imaging (magnification, Ɨ 10) over a total period of 24 h.
