CF33-GFP preferentially replicates in and kills cancer cells. a Human lung cancer cells (A549, H1299 and H1650), mouse lung cancer cells (LLC1) and human fibroblast cells (HDFa) were infected with CF33-GFP at MOI of 0.03. Forty-eight hours post-infection, images were taken using a fluorescent microscope. b Cells infected as in (a) were harvested at indicated time points and virus titers in the harvested cell lysates were determined using standard plaque assay. c Cells were infected with the virus at indicated MOIs and cell survival relative to mock-infected cells was calculated 72 h post-infection. Data shown as mean ± SD. All experiments were repeated at least twice. Stats: two-way ANOVA comparing cell viabilities at different MOIs in HDFa cell line with those in other cell lines. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.005
