A Time course of Western blot analyses on LTL311 PDXs showed that B7-H3 increased after castration (from 1 to 3 weeks post-castration), gradually decreased and reached the lowest point at 3–5 months post-castration and increased at cancer relapse (CR). B LTL311 disease course was confirmed by serum PSA levels and Ki67 counts. C Representative B7-H3 IHC images (×400 magnification) from three more PDXs (LTL313, 648, and 508) and Ki67 IHC image from LTL508 during their active and dormant stages as well as at cancer relapse.
