a Compared to the control group treated with vehicle, the BV2 cells stimulated with LPS showed a significant increase in miR-3473b expression at 6 and 24 h after LPS treatment (n = 3 per group). b BV2 cells treated with conditioned medium collected from OGD neurons also displayed enhanced expression of miR-3473b compared to BV2 cells treated with normal neuronal medium (Normal CM) or control BV2 microglia without treatment (n = 4 per group).
