Inactivation of Rps27l inhibits proliferation and induces apoptosis upon radiation in small intestine. BrdU was i.p. injected into WT littermates and Rps27l mutants 2 h before mice being sacrificed. Small intestine tissues were harvested, followed by BrdU staining a and TUNEL assay b.
