a The endogenous Eps8 interaction with EGFR is blocked by peptide 327. EGFR was immunoprecipitated from Colo320 protein extracts pretreated with 327 as indicated using an anti-EGFR antibody. Immunoprecipitants were analyzed by western blot using Eps8 or EGFR antibodies.
