NCI-H1975 cells were infected with HOXA4 overexpression lentivirus or control vector lentivirus (Vector). LiCl (20 mM) was added at 24 h post viral infection. CCK-8 (a) and transwell assays (b) were performed to determine the proliferation, invasion and migration abilities of NCI-H1975 cells with LiCl treatment and HOXA4 overexpression. ***P < 0.001 vs. Vector; ###P < 0.001 vs. HOXA4; ++P < 0.01 and +++P < 0.001 vs. Vector+LiCl
