a, b Murine MSCs were treated with IFN-γ plus TNF-α (10 ng/ml each) for 12 and 24 h, mRNA and protein were collected. UCHL1 expression was determined at the mRNA and protein levels by quantitative real-time PCR and immunoblotting analysis. Values are shown as mean ± S.E.M. and statistical significance indicated as *P < 0.05 and **P < 0.01.
