At E12.5, total RNA was extracted from mouse brains. The relative mRNA expression of Gli1 (a) and Ptch1 (b) in Tctn3 Het KO mice and Tctn3 KO mice was examined by quantitative PCR. *P < 0.05 vs Het mice. N = 7 (a, b).
