Left panel: Representative western blotting bands showing the expression levels of p-ERK, ERK, p-JNK, JNK, and β-tubulin in SMMC7721 and HCCLM3 cells with upregulated or downregulated miR-3662 expression. Three independent experiments were performed. Right panel: the protein bands were quantified according to the results of three independent western blotting experiments. The ratio of p-ERK to ERK, and the ratio of p-JNK to JNK were then calculated.
