(a) MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with control medium and MSC-CM and then exposed to 8 Gy ionizing irradiation. The apoptosis of cells was assessed by FACS after 48 h of irradiation. (b) The cells were treated with control medium and MSC-CM and then at 24 h after exposed to 2 Gy or 4 Gy radiation, stained with PI and analysed using FACS. The proportion of DNA in the different cell phases was analysed.
