HSP60 is required to maintain osteoblast autophagy and osteogenesis. Glucocorticoid induces HSP60 loss escalating RPTOR de-phosphorylation, aggregation, and ubiquitination to deteriorate osteoblast autophagy and survival and ultimately speed up osteoporosis
