PLC/PRF/5 cells were transfected with control-siRNA vector (V) or AFP-siRNA923, followed by treatment with 10 nM rapamycin. The resulting cell cycle distribution (a) and proportion of apoptotic cells (b) were determined by flow cytometry. c CCK-8 assays were used to monitor cell proliferation under different treatments at 0, 24 and 48 h. Scratch tests were performed to detect cell migration under different treatments, and images were acquired on a microscope at 0, 24 and 48 h (e). d Cell migration ratios are shown in the histogram.
