The scale bar represents 100 μm. b Four NSCLC cell lines A549, H23, H1792, and H2122 cells were seeded in 96-well culture plates and treated with different concentrations of VAL-083 (0, 100 nM, 500 nM, 1 μM, 2.5 μM, 5 μM, 10 μM, 25 μM, 50 μM, and 100 μM) for 72 h. Following the treatment, crystal violet assay was performed to detect the absorbance at 560 nm wavelength. The IC₅₀ value of VAL-083 was determined by fitting a sigmoidal dose-response curve to the data using GraphPad Prism 6. The data on the curve are presented as mean ± standard error.
