Liver tissues were collected from the mice 3 h and 6 h after LPS/GalN challenge and analyzed by western blot. a Effects of Lico A treatment on LPS/GalN-induced Txinp, Trx-1, NLRP3, ASC, Cleaved-caspase-1, and Mature-IL-1β were measured by western blotting. b–g Quantification of relative protein expression was performed by densitometric analysis and β-actin was used as an internal control.
