a, b DU145 and PC-3 cells treated by 500 µg/ml AOS were transfected with ST6Gal-1 overexpression vectors, and expression levels of Hippo/YAP pathway signaling molecules were analyzed by western blot. c–f YAP overexpression plasmids were transfected to observe the expression level of ST6Gal-1 in DU145 and PC-3 cells.
