mTECs were treated with 20 μg/ml of cisplatin for the indicated time. Cell lysates were prepared and subjected to immunoblot analysis with antibodies against Cleaved caspase 3(Cleaved-Cas3), EZH2, H3K27me3, and β-actin (a). The levels of cleaved-cas3 (b), EZH2 (c), or H3K27me3 (d) were quantified by densitometry and normalized with β-actin. Data represent the mean ± SEM of at least three experiments. Bars with different letters (a–c) for each molecule are significantly different from one another (P < 0.05)
