Huh7 cells were stimulated with 100 ng/ml NGF or 20 ng/ml pro-NGF for 48 h, and the expression of lipid-associated genes was analyzed by qPCR. Primers are shown in Table 2. Results were normalized to GAPDH and controls set to 1.
