a J82 cells were transduced with lentivirus carrying shERα to knock down ERα expression or shLuc as a control. UMUC3 cells were transduced with a lentivirus designed to overexpress ERα (oeERα) or with a vector control (Ctrl) and used in subsequent experiments.
