From: IFN-γ promoted exosomes from mesenchymal stem cells to attenuate colitis via miR-125a and miR-125b
Mice colitis could be ameliorated by MSC exosomes infusion, which transferred the miR-125a and miR-125b to T cells targeting on Stat3 to inhibit Th17 cell differentiation. IFN-γ pretreatment to MSCs promoted the levels of miR-125a and miR-125b in exosomes to elevate their therapeutic effects.
