Stable MCF-10A or HCC1806 cells expressing vector control (V) or p53-R273H (R273H) were subjected to western blot analyses for p53 and EMT markers as indicated (a), colony formation (b), transwell (c), or qPCR analyses (d). Stable MCF-10A or HCC1806 cells expressing p53-R273H were infected with lentivirus encoding E-cadherin, then subjected to western blot analyses (e) or transwell analyses (f).
