Mice were treated as in Fig. 2. Lung tissues were collected after mice suffering CLP surgery. a CD11c, b Ly6c, and c Ly6g expression in lung tissue were detected by immunofluorescence. Scale bar 50 μm. The shown picture was a representation of three images within random fields of every sample.
