A HCT116 and SW480 cells were treated with various concentrations of m-THPC (0–12.0 μmol/L) or VP (0–6.0 μmol/L) for 8 h, respectively, and then irradiated with a light dose of 3 J/cm2, followed by incubation without irradiation for 24 h. Cell viability was detected by an MTT assay.
