BRDT mRNA and protein expression in the listed human ovarian cancer tissues (“Ca”) and para-cancer normal ovarian epithelial tissues (“S”), as well as in the listed ovarian cancer cells and ovarian epithelial (“OE”) cells was tested by qPCR (B and D) and Western blotting (C and E) assays. Each tissue was randomly cut into five different pieces (B). BRDT expression in human testis tissues was tested as the positive control (B–E). BRDT protein expression was quantified and normalized to Tubulin (C and E). For each assay, n = 5 (D). *P < 0.05 vs. “S” tissues (B) or “OE” cells (D).
