A hierarchically clustered heatmap was generated using the complete Euclidean distance method with normalized amount of cell viability after 48 h treatment. The first row represents the CMS of the respective cell lines and the KRAS, BRAF, p53 mutational status as well as the microsatellite stability (MSS/MSI) of the cell lines. For cell lines labeled with an asterisk, viability was assessed by an Annexin-V/PI assay using high-content-screening. For all other cell lines, viability was determined by flow cytometry.
