A single intraperitoneal injection of CCl4 (0.6 mL/kg body weight) was administrated to WT at ZT1. Mice were killed at ZT1, ZT5, ZT9, ZT13, ZT17, ZT21, and ZT24. Hepatic mRNA levels of Bmal1 A, Clock B, Per1 C, Per2 D, Cry1 E, and Cry2 F were measured by real-time PCR after CCl4 treatment. CK: control.
