HepG2 and SK-Hep-1 cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of α-MGT for 24 h. Whole cell extracts were used to determine the tyrosine phosphorylation levels of EGFR, JAK2, and Src using specific antibodies (a, b). c, d The phosphorylation levels of ERK and Akt were also assessed by western blotting. β-actin was used as the control.
