Paraffin sections of human PCas were stained for the indicated antibodies using either IHC (a) or immunofluorescence (b). Gleason grading scores were divided into low (Gleason Score ≥6, Grade group 1), intermediate (Gleason Score 7 (a/b), Grade groups 2 and 3), and high scores (Gleason Score ≥8, Grade groups 4 and 5). Asterisks mark stromal compartments and bold arrows point to epithelial structures. Sections were counterstained using hematoxylin (a, IHC) or DAPI (b, immunoflourescence).
