miR-4476 activates Wnt/β-catenin signaling by directly targeting its negative regulator APC. The activation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling in turn results in the upregulation of miR-4476 by c-Jun binding to its promotor. This feedback loop promotes glioma progression.
