B The expression levels of AKT, p-AKT, p65, p-p65, Hif-1α, Erk1/2, p- Erk1/2, JNK, p-JNK, p38, and p-p38 were analyzed by western blot. C The expression levels of p-ERK1/2 were analyzed by western blot. Cells were treated with 90 μM H2O2 or 30 mM NAC for 12 h.
