A Immunofluorescence staining was used to detect morphological change of tubulin after RKO cells were incubated with UTD1. Red and white arrowheads in panels indicate formation of microtubule bundles and asters, respectively. Scale bar = 10 μm. B After treatment, RKO cells were fixed, stained, and analyzed. Flow cytometry showed that UTD1 arrested cell cycle in G2/M phase. C Proteins involved in G2/M phase were analyzed by Western blotting. All experiments were performed in triplicate.
