Normal mice were intravenously injected with congenic tumor-derived MDSCs (3 × 107) every 2 days (n = 5). Normal mice were injected with PBS and used as the control group. After 1 week, the proportions of MDSCs (a) and PD-1PD-L1+ B cells (b) in the spleen, peripheral blood, and bone marrow were measured by FC.
