GEPIA database shows the relative NSD2 mRNA expression in listed colon/rectal cancer tissues and normal tissues (A). NSD2 mRNA and protein expression in colon cancer tissues (“Can”) and matched surrounding normal tissues (“Nor”) from 20 (n = 20) primary colon cancer patients were tested by qRT-PCR (B) and western blotting (C, D) assays, respectively. NSD2 mRNA and protein expressions in listed CRC cells and primary colon epithelial cells (“pri-Epi”) were tested, with results quantified (EG). Data were presented as mean ± SD. *P < 0.05 vs. normal tissues/“pri-Epi” cells.
