A Mouse SCC7 cells were injected into C3H mice. When established tumors were palpable, the mice were treated with vehicle, SP2509, an anti-PD-1 mAb, or the combination of SP2509 and the mAb (n = 7) via i.p. injection. Tumors were measured with calipers, and values were plotted. The vertical bars indicate the mean tumor size (mm3) ±SE.
