A Parental (p) and IZI5-conditioned (c) MM cells seeded at 10% confluency were left untreated or stimulated with IZI5 and IZI50, respectively, every other day. After 8 days, colonies were stained with crystal violet, and absorbance of eluted crystal violet at 595 nm was quantified (n = 3) (*p ≤ 0.05; **p ≤ 0.01; ***p ≤ 0.001; ****p ≤ 0.0001; n.s. = not significant). B Migration of untreated GFP-expressing parental (p) and IZI5-conditioned (c) cells was monitored by scratch assay (scale bar = 100 µm) and gap closure quantified after 24 h (n = 3: **p ≤ 0.01; ***p ≤ 0.001; n.s. = not significant).
