A PTBP3 knockdown HCT116 and LoVo cells were transfected with the UBE4A plasmid, and the proliferation ability was quantified using the CCK-8 assay (two-way ANOVA, P < 0.001). B PTBP3 knockdown HCT116 and LoVo cells were transfected with the UBE4A plasmid, and the colony formation ability was quantified using the colony formation assay (two-tailed Student’s t-test, P < 0.01). C PTBP3 knockdown HCT116 and LoVo cells transfected with the UBE4A plasmid were analyzed by flow cytometry. The results are presented as means ± s.d. and are representative of at least three independent experiments (two-tailed Student’s t-test, P < 0.05).
