The schematic description shows the biological impact of PAM on human lung cancer cells. PAM-induced intracellular ROS triggers oxidative stress genes regulation, mitochondria dysfunction, and control of FSP1/NRF2 expression. Subsequently, upregulation of lipid ROS levels ultimately induce ferroptosis.
