TCMK-1 cells were transfected with negative control (NC) siRNA, TLR4 siRNA, or c-Jun siRNA for 24 h and then treated with 100 μg/ml LPS for another 24 h. The knockdown efficiencies of TLR4 siRNA and c-Jun siRNA in TCMK-1 cells were evaluated by (A) quantitative real-time PCR analysis and (B) western blot analysis.
