A Control and HOXA10-AS knockdown cells were treated with 2.5 µM doxorubicin to induce apoptosis. HOXA10-AS RNA level and PARP protein expression of treated cells were analyzed by RT-qPCR and Western blot assays (n = 3), respectively. GAPDH served as the loading control. Cell viability upon treatment was measured by MTT analysis, with normalization to the value of untreated cells. B Both HOXA10-AS overexpressing and control cells were treated with doxorubicin to activate cellular apoptosis. The indicated gene and protein expression of treated cells was detected by RT-qPCR and Western blot assays (n = 3), respectively. GAPDH expression was used as the internal control. Cell survival was assessed by MTT analysis that was normalized to the value of untreated cells.
