A Peptain injection timeline for I/R injury is shown. Mice were subjected to retinal I/R injury. Peptains (1 μl, 1 mg/mL) were injected into the vitreous humor immediately or one week after I/R injury. The vehicle-control group (I/R) was injected with 1 μl PBS (with 0.1% DMSO). B Fourteen days after injury, retinal flatmounts were prepared and the RGCs (green) were immunolabeled with a Brn3a antibody.
