A List of top USP49-associated proteins identified by mass spectrometry analysis. HEK-293T cells were co-transfected with GFP, GFP-USP49Long, or GFP-USP49Short in combination with RPN1-FLAG (B) or USP44-FLAG (C). Cell lysates were then subjected to immunoprecipitation with control IgG or anti-FLAG antibodies. D HEK-293T transduced with USP49LongWT, USP49ShortWT, USP49LongW158A, and USP49ShortW158A, together with CETN1 (upper panel), CETN2 (middle panel) or CETN3 (lower panel) were subjected to immunoprecipitation and immunoblotted using the indicated antibodies.
