A The scheme of experimental design. Mice receiving intratracheal instillation of 2.5 mg/kg bleomycin were administered by gavage on day 7 with vehicle or 50 mg/kg SC-43 for 2 weeks. Micro-CT images were acquired before and after treatment (day 7 and 21 after bleomycin injection) (B). The 3D X-ray dark-field radiographs (C) and air volume (D) of the same mouse were further analyzed by the CTVox software. Data are represented as mean ± SD and analyzed by two-way ANOVA with a Bonferroni post hoc test. (n = 3; *p < 0.05).
