Heatmap representing the variation in the abundance of proteins identified after treatment with anti-Heimdall or isotype control antibody (n = 3). Two specific clusters were observed. Proteins identified in Cluster 1 were linked to the neuroinflammation and neural development. Proteins identified in Cluster 2 were involved in pluripotency, notch pathway, differentiation and development, neuronal progenitor and RUNX3 expression.
