A The effect of SOAT1, SREBP1, and SREBP2 on the protein expression of SLC40A1 were measured by Western blot. The positive correlation of SOAT1 affects the expression of SLC40A1, while SREBP1 and SREBP2 have no effect on the expression of SLC40A1.
