The NOC C group suggests that the three cell lines were treated with cystine starvation for 12 h, followed by 12-h standard culturing. FR means ferroptosis-resistant PANC-1 cultured in cystine-depleted DMEM for 24 h. One-way ANOVA was used for the statistical analysis. NS means p > 0.05, *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001, ****p < 0.0001. All experiments were repeated three times independently.
