A MDA-MB-231 cells and B IRE1 knockout (IRE1-KO) or corresponding wild-type (WT) MDA-MB-231 cells were treated for 18 h with Tg (0.5 μM) alone or in combination with A MKC8866 (20 μM), 4μ8c (32 μM) or KIRA6 (5 μM) or B MKC8866 (20 μM). Cell lysates were harvested and immunoblotted for IRE1, XBP1s and PERK. Actin was used as a loading control. Blots are representative of N = 3. Arrow denotes XBP1s band, * indicates non-specific band(s).
