miRNAs produce therapeutic effects on ovarian cancer and reversal of antitumor drug cisplatin resistance through regulation of autophagy. The modulation of ovarian cancer cell sensitivity to radiotherapy through miRNA-mediated regulation of autophagy. miRNAs’ expression patterns are closely related to the clinicopathological characteristics of tumors. miRNAs have the potential to become new targets for tumor diagnosis and treatment.
