A, B Moded NOD-SCID mice were administered as vehicle control, Spautin-1 (40 mg/kg /two days, i.p), Spautin-1+Dox (2 mg/kg/four days, i.g) or Spautin-1 + CTX (25 mg/kg/4 days, i.g) for two weeks. The tumor volume was measured every two days to draw the transplanted tumor growth curve (A). After the mice were sacrificed, the tumors were removed from the mice and photographed (B). C Lipid peroxide levels in mouse tumor tissue were quantified by Lipid Peroxidation MDA Assay Kit. D Immunohistochemical staining of USP13, Ran, Ki67, NQO1, ALOX12, Hes1 and BIRC3 of transplanted DLBCL tumor tissue. Representative images were shown (left). The staining was also quantified by ImageJ (right).
